Founded by Shivam Singh, HelpOne Foundation began with a simple yet powerful belief: that change starts with helping just one person. What started as a small initiative to feed the hungry in Lucknow has now grown into a movement serving entire communities across Uttar Pradesh.
Over the years, we have expanded our scope to include healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability. We operate with a deep sense of responsibility towards the society we live in, ensuring that our efforts reach the most vulnerable populations in both urban slums and remote rural villages.

Registered as a Not-for-Profit organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, ensuring all funds are used solely for charitable purposes.
Holds provisional 12A registration from the Income Tax Department granting tax exemption on income received for charitable activities.
Registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. All donors can claim 50% tax deduction on donations made to HelpOne Foundation.
Permanent Account Number issued by Income Tax Department. Required for all financial transactions and donation receipts.
Dedicated bank account maintained with Axis Bank for transparent fund management. All transactions are audited annually.
Annual financial statements are audited by a Chartered Accountant. Income Tax returns (Form 10B) and MCA annual returns are filed regularly.
