• Donors must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent
• By donating, you confirm that the funds are legally obtained and are yours to donate
• HelpOne Foundation will issue a donation receipt (with Receipt Number) for every recorded donation
• 80G Tax Exemption certificates will be issued upon request along with valid PAN proof
• HelpOne Foundation is not responsible for incorrect bank/UPI details provided by the donor
• Payment gateway charges (if any) are borne by the Foundation; donors pay the stated amount only
• Donations are used exclusively for the charitable purposes of HelpOne Foundation

• Membership is open to Indian citizens and residents aged 18 years and above
• Annual membership fee is ₹100, valid for one calendar year from the date of approval
• Membership is subject to review and approval by HelpOne Foundation administration
• The Foundation reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reason
• Members must provide accurate, truthful information; false information leads to immediate termination
• Membership ID cards remain property of HelpOne Foundation
• Members must uphold the Foundation's values and code of conduct
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated
• The Foundation may revoke membership for misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms
• Membership renewal is required annually; lapsed memberships are not automatically renewed

• Volunteers must be at least 16 years old (parental consent required if under 18)
• Volunteering is entirely on a voluntary, unpaid basis with no financial compensation
• Volunteers represent HelpOne Foundation and must behave professionally and respectfully
• Volunteers must maintain strict confidentiality of beneficiary information
• HelpOne Foundation is not liable for personal injury during volunteer activities unless caused by direct Foundation negligence
• Volunteers may not make financial commitments or promises on behalf of the Foundation
• The Foundation reserves the right to decline or discontinue any volunteer engagement

• Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited

• The courts of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings
