1. About HelpOne Foundation

HelpOne Foundation is a Section 8 Non-Profit Organization registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. Our mission is to uplift underserved communities through healthcare, nutrition, education, and social welfare programs. All activities are governed by Indian law and the regulations of Section 8 NGOs.

2. Membership Terms

• Membership is open to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above
• Annual membership fee is ₹100, valid for one calendar year from the date of approval
• Membership is subject to approval by the HelpOne Foundation administration
• The Foundation reserves the right to reject any membership application without explanation
• Members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Membership ID cards are property of HelpOne Foundation and must be returned upon termination
• Members are expected to uphold the values and mission of the Foundation
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is approved
• The Foundation may revoke membership for misconduct, misrepresentation or violation of these terms

3. Donation Terms

• All donations are voluntary and made in good faith
• Donations are used for charitable purposes aligned with HelpOne Foundation's mission
• The Foundation will provide 80G tax exemption certificates to donors upon request (where applicable)
• HelpOne Foundation is not responsible for incorrect payment details provided by the donor
• Once a donation is processed and acknowledged, it is generally non-refundable
• In case of accidental duplicate payment, contact us within 7 days at INFO@helponefoundations.org
• Donations do not constitute purchase of any goods or services

4. Volunteer Terms

• Volunteers must be at least 16 years old (with parental consent for under 18)
• Volunteering is purely on a voluntary basis with no financial compensation
• Volunteers represent the Foundation and must conduct themselves professionally
• HelpOne Foundation is not liable for personal injury during volunteer activities unless due to negligence on our part
• Volunteers must maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information

5. Website Usage

• All content on this website is copyright of HelpOne Foundation
• You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission
• You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose
• We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time

6. Limitation of Liability

HelpOne Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, membership, or participation in our programs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
