Important Note: HelpOne Foundation is a Non-Profit Organisation and does not sell physical products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to the delivery of membership ID cards, donation receipts, tax certificates (80G), appointment letters, and other official documents issued by the Foundation.

What We Deliver

HelpOne Foundation delivers the following items to members, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries:

Membership ID Card

Official HelpOne Foundation Volunteer/Member Identity Card with photo, member ID, QR code, and validity date. Issued to all approved members after payment of β‚Ή100 membership fee.

Donation Receipt

Official donation receipt with unique receipt number, donor details, amount, purpose, and receipt date. Available instantly as digital download from the donation page. Physical copy sent on request.

80G Tax Exemption Certificate

Certificate issued to donors for income tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Issued upon request with valid PAN proof. Processing time: 15–30 working days after request.

Official letters for volunteers, interns, and program coordinators. These are issued digitally via email and can be sent physically upon request.

Delivery Methods

We use two modes of delivery depending on the document type:

Digital Delivery (Primary Method):

  • Donation receipts are available for download instantly after submission on the donation page
  • Membership ID cards are sent digitally via WhatsApp and Email within 3–5 working days of membership approval
  • Certificates and letters are emailed to the registered email address
  • All digital documents are in PDF/JPEG format suitable for printing

Physical Delivery (Postal/Courier):

  • Physical PVC/laminated membership ID cards are delivered via India Post / Speed Post / Courier
  • Physical delivery is available only within India
  • Delivery to all states across India β€” including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, and other major cities
  • We do not ship internationally at this time

Delivery Timelines

80G Tax Certificate (Digital) 15–30 Working Days

Appreciation Certificate (Digital) 7–10 Working Days

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Timelines may extend during high-volume periods such as festivals or major campaign launches.

Shipping Charges

HelpOne Foundation does not charge any separate shipping fees. All delivery costs β€” whether digital or physical β€” are borne entirely by the Foundation as part of our service to members and donors. You only pay the membership fee (β‚Ή100) or donation amount β€” nothing extra for delivery.

  • Digital delivery via WhatsApp, Email: Free
  • Physical ID card delivery via India Post: Free
  • Physical certificate / letter delivery: Free (within India)
  • Replacement ID card (lost/damaged): May involve a nominal reprinting fee of β‚Ή50

Delivery Area

  • Digital delivery: Available worldwide to anyone with a valid email or WhatsApp number
  • Physical delivery: Available within India only
  • We deliver physical documents to all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India
  • Primary delivery areas include: Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Maharashtra, and all other states
  • International physical delivery: Not available at this time. International members/donors will receive digital documents only

Non-Delivery & Missing Documents

If you have not received your document within the stated timeline, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for digital documents
  • Verify the email address and WhatsApp number you registered with
  • For physical mail, allow 2–3 extra working days for postal delays
  • If still not received, contact us at INFO@helponefoundations.org with your Member ID or Receipt Number

Address Accuracy: HelpOne Foundation is not responsible for non-delivery of physical documents due to incorrect address provided by the member/donor at registration. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate with PIN code.

In case of confirmed non-delivery due to our error, we will re-issue and re-send the document at no additional cost.
