Important Note: HelpOne Foundation is a Non-Profit Organisation and does not sell physical products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to the delivery of membership ID cards, donation receipts, tax certificates (80G), appointment letters, and other official documents issued by the Foundation.
HelpOne Foundation delivers the following items to members, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries:
Official HelpOne Foundation Volunteer/Member Identity Card with photo, member ID, QR code, and validity date. Issued to all approved members after payment of βΉ100 membership fee.
Physical + DigitalOfficial donation receipt with unique receipt number, donor details, amount, purpose, and receipt date. Available instantly as digital download from the donation page. Physical copy sent on request.
Digital β InstantCertificate issued to donors for income tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Issued upon request with valid PAN proof. Processing time: 15β30 working days after request.
Physical + DigitalOfficial letters for volunteers, interns, and program coordinators. These are issued digitally via email and can be sent physically upon request.
DigitalCertificates of appreciation for donors, volunteers, and event participants. Available digitally; physical copies posted on special request for significant contributors.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Timelines may extend during high-volume periods such as festivals or major campaign launches.
HelpOne Foundation does not charge any separate shipping fees. All delivery costs β whether digital or physical β are borne entirely by the Foundation as part of our service to members and donors. You only pay the membership fee (βΉ100) or donation amount β nothing extra for delivery.
If you have not received your document within the stated timeline, please:
Address Accuracy: HelpOne Foundation is not responsible for non-delivery of physical documents due to incorrect address provided by the member/donor at registration. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate with PIN code.
In case of confirmed non-delivery due to our error, we will re-issue and re-send the document at no additional cost.
